Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality static and motion graphics daily, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. This role demands speed, versatility, and a strong eye for design detail, with opportunities to contribute to both client projects and Qayuverses' internal brand evolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Creative Output
  • Deliver a minimum of 8 static graphics per day (posts, flyers, pitch decks, etc.)
  • OR 2 motion graphic videos per day, depending on project priorities
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand aesthetics and technical standards
  • Design Quality & Consistency
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, composition, and typography
  • Ensure designs are visually compelling and platform-appropriate
  • Speed & Turnaround
  • Complete and submit tasks within allocated timelines
  • Implement feedback and revisions within 24 hours
  • Versatility & Adaptability
  • Work across multiple formats: static posts, motion graphics, decks/presentations, web graphics, and campaign visuals
  • Shift seamlessly between client briefs, internal projects, and brand initiatives
  • Software & Tool Proficiency
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, and other collaboration tools
  • Communication & Reporting
  • Maintain daily communication with the creative lead for updates and approvals
  • Share completed tasks in designated shared drives/folders by end of day
  • Collaboration & Creative Thinking
  • Work closely with content and web development teams
  • Contribute proactively to ideation and suggest design improvements

  • Submit final outputs with source files (editable + exports)
