The role requires a deep understanding of design trends within the perfume and cosmetics industry and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, print advertisements, packaging, and website graphics. - Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet brand guidelines and objectives. - Generate new ideas and concepts to enhance brand awareness and engagement. - Ensure all designs are completed on time and meet quality standards. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of print production processes is a plus. **EDUCATION**: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred. **BENEFITS**: - Salary Depends on experience and performance. - Generous paid time off and holidays. - Employee discounts on company products. - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
