Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UPS Service Engineer located in Ludhiana. The UPS Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support for Emerson UPS systems and associated equipment. Daily tasks include performing maintenance and repair, conducting field services, and ensuring that all equipment is operating efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair
  • Field Service experience and Technical Support skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on-site
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Emerson UPS systems is a plus
  • Relevant technical certification or diploma
