Job Title: Operations Executive (Fresher can also apply)

Company Overview: We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our team, supporting post-sales

activities, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and maintaining efficient communication

channels.

Position Overview: The Operations Executive will ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery,

and overall customer satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong

communication skills and an understanding of sales and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Processing and Fulfillment:

 Review and process sales orders accurately.

 Coordinate with production and logistics for timely order fulfillment.

 Monitor inventory levels and generate purchase orders as needed.

  1. Logistics Coordination:

 Arrange transportation and shipping logistics.

 Track shipments and provide updates to customers.

 Resolve transportation issues or delays.

  1. Customer Support:

 Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.

 Provide timely responses to customer queries.

 Address customer feedback and concerns effectively.

  1. Documentation and Reporting:

 Generate sales-related documents and maintain accurate records.

 Prepare reports on sales performance and order status.

 Utilize ERP systems for order management and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

 Experience of 4 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or trading.

 Strong understanding of sales and logistics processes.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in ERP systems and other software tools.

 Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Problem-solving mindset and ability to resolve issues efficiently.

 Commercial acumen and familiarity with MIS reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
