Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships with clients, promoting financial products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, selling banking solutions, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves actively seeking new opportunities to grow the bank's customer base and revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and a solid understanding of Finance
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities
- Proficiency in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster strong client relationships
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or sales roles will be advantageous
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
