Job Summary

We are hiring for multiple specialist positions in ManageEngine. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in the implementation, configuration, administration, and optimization of ManageEngine solutions. These roles are critical to ensuring seamless IT operations, enhanced cybersecurity posture, efficient network monitoring, and effective IT service management (ITSM).

Below is a summary of the key functional areas and responsibilities for each position:

Cybersecurity (Log360)

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and manage Log360 for centralized log management and threat detection.
• Monitor and analyze logs from AD, firewalls, and cloud platforms.
• Create real-time alerts, dashboards, and compliance reports (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Work with the cybersecurity team to investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

Network Management

Cloud Monitoring Site24x7

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Site24x7 for monitoring cloud services, websites, and APIs.
• Set up alerting, synthetic monitoring, and performance dashboards.
• Analyze uptime, latency, and SLA trends to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for proactive response.

Network Monitoring (On-Prem) OpManager

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage OpManager to monitor on-prem network infrastructure.
• Set up SNMP, WMI, and NetFlow for performance and traffic analysis.
• Create alerts, reports, and dashboards for proactive monitoring.
• Conduct root cause analysis for network outages or issues.

IT Service Management (ITSM)

Service Desk Plus

Responsibilities:

• Administer and customize ServiceDesk Plus for Incident, Service Request, Change, and Asset Management.
• Create and manage workflows, automation rules, and SLA policies.
• Develop user-friendly dashboards and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL practices and improve service delivery.

Endpoint Central (formerly Desktop Central)

Responsibilities:

• Administer Endpoint Central for patching, software deployment, and asset management.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and OS-level tasks.
• Ensure endpoint compliance and implement security policies.
• Integrate with ServiceDesk Plus for unified support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ManageEngine tools, especially Log360, Site24x7, OpManager, ServiceDesk Plus, and Endpoint Central.
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles, network monitoring, and cybersecurity practices.
• Experience with cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, SNMP, WMI, scripting (PowerShell/Python), and API integrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ManageEngine, CompTIA Security+, ITIL, CCNA) preferred.
