Job Summary:

As a Senior Product Manager at Reltio, you will be responsible for managing and growing Reltio's current product offerings. You will work with a cross-functional team, understand market demands, competitors and other influencing factors and define product roadmap, plan releases and deliver product capabilities following best-practices and will support the go-to-market functions to ensure customer adoption and drive business outcomes. 

You will regularly report to the leadership team to review product strategy, roadmap, release plan and other key business metrics. 

You should bring an enthusiastic, team-player attitude, foster cooperation with other departments, and drive innovation and customer adoption for your product areas. You should be able to identify opportunities for product and process improvements and drive results.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and execute Reltio's integration product vision and strategy aligned with overall platform goals.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for integration capabilities and connectors that enhance data flow and interoperability across the enterprise landscape.
• Evaluate emerging trends in cloud data, APIs, and automation to inform roadmap evolution.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to delivery for integration solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify white space opportunities in the integration landscape.
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure integrations deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify integration use cases and prioritize them effectively.
• Develop product documentation, enablement assets, and demos for sales teams.
• Define go-to-market plans for new integration products, including packaging, pricing, and positioning.
• Track success metrics for adoption, usage, and performance; continuously improve based on data-driven insights.

Skills You Must Have:

• 6–8 years of Product Management experience with a focus on MDM, data integration, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience designing or managing integrations between MDM solutions and operational (ERP, CRM) or analytical platforms.
• Deep understanding of data management concepts, APIs, ETL, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in architecture and design discussions with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
