1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential customers in assigned areas through field visits, cold calls, and local promotions.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert them into customers.

2. Product Promotion

  • Explain the features, benefits, and plans of the Fibernet services (broadband, leased line, etc.) to customers.
  • Demonstrate internet speed and quality when possible to build trust and interest.

3. Customer Visits

  • Conduct door-to-door or corporate visits to promote Fibernet connections.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable internet plans accordingly.

4. Sales Achievement

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
  • Ensure timely collection of documents and payment for connection processing.
