Role Overview

We're on the lookout for a
Digital Marketing Manager – Amazon & Flipkart
who can drive ROI, visibility, and growth through smart ad strategies.

You'll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns — working directly on
ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions
for multiple brands across categories.

This is a high-impact role for someone who's
analytical, creative, and results-obsessed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute & optimize
    Amazon and Flipkart ad campaigns
    .
  • Manage
    budgets, bids, and performance metrics
    (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC).
  • Conduct
    keyword research, competitor analysis, and market tracking.
  • Build performance reports and insights for clients.
  • Collaborate with
    content, catalog, and strategy teams
    .
  • Stay updated with
    ad innovations and marketplace trends.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • 6 months–2 years of experience in
    Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads / E-commerce marketing.
  • Strong grasp of
    ad optimization, analytics, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Fluent in Hindi & English (mandatory).
  • Excellent
    communication, analytical, and coordination
    skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented,
    growth-focused mindset.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Prior
    experience or internship
    in PPC / Digital Marketing preferred.
  • Familiarity with
    Amazon Ads Console, Flipkart Ads, and Analytics tools.
