About the Role

We're seeking a
Senior Full Stack Developer
 with proven leadership experience and a strong command over 
, React Native, and Django
. In this role, you'll lead by example—driving product innovation, mentoring team members, and ensuring smooth execution of scalable web and mobile solutions in the fast-growing 
EdTech domain
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—design, content, and product—to deliver robust and user-friendly solutions.
  • Oversee the technical architecture and ensure best coding practices are followed.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Integrate APIs and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Contribute to product planning and bring innovative tech ideas to improve platform efficiency.

Required Skills & Technologies

  • Frontend:
     , React Native, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Backend:
     Django, Python
  • Database:
     MySQL/PostgreSQL
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, server-side logic, and cloud integrations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
