Role Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional Co-Founder with deep expertise in Web and Mobile App Development. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and scaling our platform while leading the tech strategy. This is a purely equity-based role, designed for a leader who is passionate about building products from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-stack development of web and mobile applications.
  • Design scalable, high-performance systems that can handle large user bases.
  • Work closely with the founding team to define product roadmap and technology strategy.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing development team.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and user experience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative solutions into the platform.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in web and app development, preferably with experience in real estate or marketplace platforms.
  • Strong expertise in full-stack development, mobile app development (iOS/Android), cloud infrastructure, and database management.
  • Experience in scaling large platforms, managing teams, and delivering complex projects.
  • Proven track record of building successful products from scratch is highly desirable.
