Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the company's technology strategy, roadmap, and vision in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies, trends, and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
  • Develop and implement a robust technology architecture that supports scalability, security, and efficiency.

This role requires a strong leader with deep technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire and manage high-performing engineering teams.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles.
  • At least 5 years in a senior management or Head of Technology position.

Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects and products.

Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages (Python, Java, Node.js), database technologies, DevOps practices, cybersecurity frameworks, and team leadership & management is essential.

Additional skills include product development & delivery, infrastructure & operations, budget & resource management, and stakeholder communication.
