Job Title: Mutual Fund Sales Executive

Role Summary

Seeking a dynamic Mutual Fund Sales Executive to promote, sell, and advise clients on mutual fund investment products. The individual will acquire new customers, build lasting relationships, provide investment guidance, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced financial environment.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new clients for mutual fund products through networking, referrals, and outreach activities.​
  • Assess client financial needs, goals, and risk appetite; recommend suitable mutual fund schemes.
  • Present, explain, and clarify mutual fund features, benefits, and performance.
  • Facilitate and document mutual fund transactions (purchase/initiation/redemption).​
  • Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards in all sales activities.
  • Maintain client records, prepare periodic reports, and provide after-sales support.
  • Help clients use online platforms for investment management.​
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, mutual fund updates, and competitor offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and report activity to management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business, Economics, or related) preferred.
  • AMFI/NISM Mutual Fund Distributor certification (or be willing to acquire).
  • 1- 2 years of experience in sales or financial advisory roles preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
  • Negotiation, persuasion, and consultative sales ability.
  • Knowledge of mutual fund products, financial markets, and investment principles.
  • Self-motivated with goal-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,019.71 per month
