About Us

Hale Foundation, an Australian Perth-based company, is a leading provider of Disability services. We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated and meticulous bookkeeper to join us on a remote basis from India.

The Role

We are seeking a highly proficient Accountant and Admin Staff to handle our daily financial tasks and Office Tasks. This is a crucial role that requires a high level of accuracy and concentration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing daily bookkeeping tasks.
  • Working with our In house - software.
  • Creating and maintaining documents and spreadsheets using MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Ensuring all accounting entries are accurate and free of errors.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position with the following schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday:

  • Morning: 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM IST

  • Afternoon: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM IST

Key Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications:

  • More than 80% in Accounting in the Year 12 (or equivalent) examination.

  • At least 60% overall in your graduation degree.

  • English Proficiency:

  • At least 75% in English in the Year 12 (or equivalent) OR

  • An IELTS or Pearson score of at least 6.5 bands overall.

  • Skills:

  • High proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work.
  • Ability to work independently and with full concentration.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
