We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail clothing outlet. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role demands strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a passion for fashion and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & HR
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage shift schedules
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Sales & Customer Experience
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Store Operations
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
  • Monitor POS systems, billing accuracy, and daily cash reconciliation
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and attendance reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
  • Monitor CCTV and security protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail (clothing preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and basic Excel reporting
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure
  • Fashion sense and understanding of customer preferences

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
