The Role

We're seeking an entrepreneurial, fast-learning, and technically adept
Senior Product Manager
to help build Pocket Entertainment's
AI-powered creative products
- tools that enable
AI-assisted content creation
across
audio, image, and video
formats. You'll collaborate closely with
AI researchers, engineers, designers, and leadership
to translate cutting-edge AI innovations into engaging, large-scale entertainment experiences for millions of users around the world.

What you'll do?

  • Deeply understand creator workflows
    to identify pain points and design AI interventions that save time or enhance creativity.
  • Translate research into product value:
    Collaborate with AI scientists and engineers to convert LLM and multimodal model capabilities into practical, delightful creator experiences.
  • Design and operationalize evaluation systems:
    Partner with AI researchers to define human + automated evals, build feedback loops, and integrate RLHF pipelines that continuously improve model behaviour and alignment with creator intent.
  • Prioritize impact:
    Balance experimentation with scalability, defining metrics around activation, throughput, and creative quality.
  • Own cross-functional alignment:
    Partner with research, design, data, and content teams to ship high-quality, usable AI products that integrate seamlessly with our core ecosystem (internal and external).
  • Coordinate with engineering teams
    on architecture scalability, LLM deployments, and product iteration cycles.
  • Stay ahead of the curve:
    Track advancements in generative AI, multimodal models, TTS, and creative tooling to inform the product roadmap.

What we are looking for?

  • 6+ years in product management, with at least 1-2 years working in GenAI, NLP, or content-generation products.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and model lifecycle (training, inference, evaluation, feedback loops) - you can bridge between research and user experience.
  • Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving, skilled at converting data insights into practical strategies
  • Demonstrated history of designing and delivering innovative and scalable solutions.
  • Strong user empathy and experience working with creative communities (writers, designers, artists, or creators).
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration: Engineering, AI Research, Analytics, Design, and Content teams.
