NIIT Hiring Freshers for International Customer Service (Voice Process)

Join our International Customer Service (Voice) team and start your career in a global, professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from US clients.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain service quality and follow company policies.

Location: Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata

Salary: 1.95 LPA + Night Shift Allowance + Incentives

Eligibility:

  • Education: BA, BSc, BBA, BCom graduates or undergraduates (distance learners also welcome).
  • Not eligible: B.Tech/BE, MBA, or specialized degrees.
  • Age: 18–31 years
  • Good spoken English and basic computer skills
  • Must be open to night shifts (US timings)
