We are looking for enthusiastic, career-drive Business Development Executive with a passion for business technology to join our growing ERP Product Sales Team. This is an exciting launchpad for individuals eager to kick-start their career in B2B software sales, client management, and consultative solution selling. Key Responsibilities:

Experience Required -3 To 06yr

  • Understand the business needs of clients and pitch suitable ERP modules (e.g., HRMS, CRM, Accounting).
  • Deliver impactful product presentations and live demos to decision-makers (HR Heads, Finance Managers, Directors, etc.).
  • Proactively generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and on-field visits.
  • Drive regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, support) to ensure a smooth solution delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare timely sales reports.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive upselling and renewals.
