The Team

Our DTS team provides following services to clients:

• Data & Applied Intelligence - Helping clients in harnessing the power of data and cutting-edge analytics to drive intelligent decision-making and transform businesses.
• Product and Innovation - Empowering clients to innovate, develop, and launch products that drives growth and competitive advantage.
• Technology M&A and Strategy - Assist clients to manage the technology aspects and business enablement of complex M&A, integrations and carve-outs.
• Technology Transformation - A&M helps clients create a scalable, cost-effective IT function that delivers the company's strategic vision and priorities.

How will you contribute?

• Focus areas: IT Due-Diligence (pre-deal), IT Performance Improvement (profitability, cost base, processes), IT advisory and strategy, Post-transaction IT advisory (e.g., Post Merger IT integration, IT carve out, 100-day IT planning in M&A)
• Conduct rapid diagnostics & detailed IT due diligence looking into a company's immediate and future major Technology issues, digital propositions, product profitability, cost base, processes, and overall options for performance improvement
• Carry out effective technology and IT product due diligence pre-transaction, and provide necessary post transaction services (Post Merger Integration, Carve Out, Day 1 and Day 100, TSA, and System cutover planning)
• Leading the post-acquisition work to ensure that the IT Due Diligence was realized in full and in the shortest possible time
• Provide strategic and technology insights along with IT transformation support to private equity-owned and corporate businesses, leveraging deep functional knowledge.
• Advising and implementing IT performance improvement programs across a wide range of industry sectors
• Evaluating both cost optimization and revenue enhancement opportunities
• Contribute to business development activity including building software solutions, developing successful pitches and selling, on from the initial "diagnostic" project phase into implementation

Qualifications

• B.Tech + MBA
