We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Configuration Engineer
with deep hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining device configuration, compliance policies, and application deployment strategies across Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Intune Management & Deployment:

Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows 10/11 endpoints.

Implement and maintain Intune Autopilot for seamless device provisioning.

Develop and enforce *MDM/MAM policies*, compliance rules, and security baselines.

Application & Patch Management

Package and deploy applications using and Win32 apps.

Manage patching and update compliance across devices using Intune and SCCM (if co-managed).

Endpoint Optimization

Customize Windows builds for performance, security, and compliance.

Monitor device health and compliance using tools like *Power BI, CMPivot, and Endpoint Analytics

Automation & Scripting

Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.

Create task sequences and proactive remediation scripts.

Infrastructure Integration

Work with *Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Group Policy for hybrid identity and access management.

Collaborate with security teams to ensure endpoint hardening and policy alignment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows endpoint management
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Experience with Intune Autopilot, MDM/MAM, and application packaging
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with Azure AD, OAuth, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100/MD-101)
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800/801)
• CompTIA Security+ (optional)
