Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Promoter with prior FMCG experience to represent our brand and actively engage customers. The role involves creating awareness, attracting potential buyers, driving product trials, and increasing sales through effective communication and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and demonstrate FMCG products to potential customers at retail outlets, events, and promotional activities.
  • Attract and engage customers to generate interest in trying and buying products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and unique selling points clearly and convincingly.
  • Distribute free samples, promotional materials, and conduct product trials to encourage purchase.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and promotion targets.
  • Gather customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to share with the marketing/sales team.
  • Ensure product displays, counters, and branding materials are always well-maintained and attractive.
  • Maintain positive relationships with store staff, distributors, and customers.
  • Provide timely reports on sales performance and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Promoter, Sales Promoter, or in a customer-facing FMCG role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a persuasive and confident approach.
  • Ability to understand consumer behavior and adapt selling techniques accordingly.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and during promotional events.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Prior FMCG sales or promotional experience is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹32,894.85 per month
