Job Title: Deputy Manager – General Admin

Report to: Lead – HR & Administration

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Compliance who will oversee statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance across Brigade's business verticals. This role ensures adherence to legal requirements, internal policies, and industry standards, mitigating risks and supporting governance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage statutory filings:
Ensure timely and accurate verification, filing of returns and documents under various acts (e.g., PF, ESI, Labour, FSSAI, TDS).
- Maintain records:
Maintaining up-to-date records for all statutory documents and registers.
- Handle registrations and amendments:
Manage all necessary registrations and amendments with labour department including renewals & CLRA.
- Coordinate with authorities:
Act as a liaison with government and regulatory authorities, represent the company, and handle notices.
- Support departments:
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliance across all functions.
- Monitor and report:
Track compliance metrics, maintain a dashboard, and prepare regular compliance reports.
- General Administration
:
Manage office inventory and supplies stock
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Required skills and qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in real estate or diversified businesses.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in administrative role, statutory compliance, particularly with a strong understanding of Indian labour.
