Role Description

Candidate has to be from Malad or nearby. This is a Part-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Malad west, Mumbai. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, receiving patients, answering and directing phone calls for appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating between the patients and the doctor.

Timings:

Mon -Thrus: 10 AM to 1PM

Fri-Sat: 5 PM to 9 PM onsite.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members, and management in English, Hindi and Marathi language.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant work experience preferred.
  • Must: English, Hindi and Marathi language proficiency

Salary: 10K to 12K per month
