KRA – Production Supervisor (Cotton Manufacturing)1. Production Planning & Output

  • Ensure daily and monthly cotton fabric/garment production targets are achieved.
  • Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials to meet production schedules on time.
  • Monitor production flow, reduce bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.

2. Quality Control & Process Supervision

  • Ensure all cotton cutting, stitching, and finishing processes meet company quality standards.
  • Conduct in-line and end-line quality inspections to minimize defects and rework.
  • Maintain proper documentation for quality checks and ensure SOP adherence.

KRA – Production Supervisor (Woolen Manufacturing)1. Process Management & Production Efficiency

  • Oversee woolen fabric/garment production processes such as knitting, stitching, and finishing.
  • Achieve daily/weekly production targets while maintaining optimal machine utilization.
  • Identify process issues related to wool handling (shrinkage, pilling, finishing defects) and implement corrective actions.

2. Quality Assurance & Material Handling

  • Maintain high-quality standards specific to woolen products, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
  • Supervise raw material inspection, wool storage conditions, and colorfastness checks.
  • Reduce quality defects, improve finishing quality, and maintain accurate production records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
