Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Development Manager located in Mumbai, with some work from home flexibility. The Product Development Manager will oversee new product development from concept to launch, including market research, trend forecasting, product strategy, and vendor management. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, conducting competitive analysis, managing product timelines, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and meet customer needs.

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management
  • Sales skills with a deep understanding of consumer needs and market dynamics
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus
