Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Road Construction Project Engineer. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing roads and developments of projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, ensuring quality control, overseeing the installation and integration of services, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. The role also involves regular site visits to monitor progress and address any technical or administrative challenges.

Location : Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar

Position Summary:

Project Engineer will have to oversee day to day site related construction activities and maintain documentations as per the Company's SOP.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide all necessary support to Project Manager in managing day-to-day site activities.
  • Follow QAP and ensure compliance with the same.
  • Ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications.
  • Witness tests and prepare quality compliance reports.
  • Witness tests and review progress construction bills.
  • Prepare daily progress reports.
  • Checking of site measurements and details.
  • Monitor construction quality by filling out checklists and reporting defects (if any)

Education:

  • B.E – Civil Engineering (Must Requirement)

Experience:

  • 2-4 Years (Must Requirement)

Skills (Mandatory):

  • Work experience should be mainly on site execution / monitoring construction activities
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office tools
  • Understanding of drawings, construction codes and standards
