We are seeking talented

Technical Program Manager role specifically tailored for working with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

to join our India delivery team.

Role Overview

As a

Technical Program Manager (TPM)

ou will

be responsible

for

leading and delivering complex technology projects related to

Adobe Experience Platform

.

This role requires deep technical

expertise

, strong program management skills, and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end planning and execution of technical programs across Adobe Experience Platform, including data ingestion, identity resolution, edge services, real-time customer profile, and

segmentation

.

  • Define program goals,

objectives

, deliverables, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Oversee project milestones, deliverables, and schedules while managing risks and dependencies.

  • Identify

, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Ensure proper data governance, security, and compliance for all customer data within AEP.

  • Drive best practices for program execution, team collaboration, and development workflows.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science

e

ngineering, or related field.

  • 7

  • years of experience in technical

program

or project management in software development or cloud services.

  • Proven success managing large-scale technical programs involving backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, or cloud infrastructure.

  • Experience working in Agile environments with globally distributed teams.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work across multiple teams, understand technical systems, and drive alignment.

  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and other program management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with

Adobe Experience Platform

  • Experience in customer data platforms, real-time data processing, and identity resolution

.

  • Familiarity with

cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).

  • Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA and other data privacy regulations.

  • Experience delivering Martech/CDP solutions in enterprise environments
