As a ServiceNow Architect at ANRI Solutions HR Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for designing scalable ServiceNow solutions and governing integrations to ensure alignment with ITIL best practices. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Architecting and implementing ITSM Pro modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Major Incident, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, and Virtual Agent. - Designing and governing integrations using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns. - Ensuring CMDB integrity, reconciliation, and discovery integrations. - Defining best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines. - Partnering with stakeholders and providing technical leadership to delivery teams. To qualify for this role, you need to meet the following requirements: - Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years working on ServiceNow. - Proven architect-level experience with ITSM Pro and integrations. - Hands-on expertise in IntegrationHub, API development, OAuth/SSO, and CMDB. - Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and scalable solution design. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow Architect/Implementation Specialist certifications and experience with multi-cloud and SaaS integrations (Workday, SAP, Jira, Salesforce, etc.).
