
Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is a blend of sales support and office administration, ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and timely execution of tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to coordinate effectively between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors, handling inquiries and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in order processing, preparing quotations, and managing documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Logistics, and Operations) to ensure accurate and timely order execution.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer databases, and CRM/ERP records.
- Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and other sales-related materials.
- Provide after-sales support and track client feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and courier services.
- Organize and schedule meetings, maintain records, and oversee filing systems (manual & digital).
- Assist HR and Administration with clerical tasks and documentation work.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage social media pages, create engaging content, and increase follower engagement.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or Management (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or office administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
