  • Sound knowledge of US FDA, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11 and GAMP5.
  • Perform Computerized System Validation in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 Guidelines and FDA Regulations.
  • Sound knowledge of risk based approach of computerized systems
  • Conducting Risk Assessment, 21 CFR Part 11 Assessment, and documenting as per GAMP 5 guidelines.
  • Shall be able to prepare and review SOP related to computerized systems.
  • Support in SOP preparation, document preparation, Providing IT Training to Site users.
  • Knowledge of investigation of incidents of computerized systems. 
  • Compliance of IT & across functional SOP (Backup, IT Inventory, User Management, Equipment Software, etc.…)
  • Documentation (Change Control, CAPA, Deviation, Breakdown (Incident), On Job Training, Training need Identification, Issuance & Retrieval)
  • Mange IT Inventory & other documentation. 
  • Develops validation plans, qualification protocols, associated reports and procedures for computerized systems.
  • Responsible for the Periodic Validation Review of the Site
  • Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed
