Summary:
We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to craft high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods for a restaurant setup in Lonavala.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts as per restaurant menu.
- Innovate new recipes and seasonal specialties.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and minimize wastage.
- Train junior kitchen staff in pastry preparation.
- Ensure presentation and taste consistency.
Employer Requirements:
- 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker.
- Creativity and knowledge of dessert trends.
- Strong attention to detail and taste presentation.
- Culinary diploma or certification in baking preferred.
- Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
