Technical Project cum Operations Manager

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 3+ years

Education: BE/B.Tech, BCA/MCA or equivalent

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Project cum Operations Manager to act as the bridge between our clients, technical teams, and internal operations. This role blends technical evaluation, project management, client relations, and operational oversight. If you enjoy working with clients, solving technical challenges, and ensuring smooth operations, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the primary client contact for gathering requirements and addressing technical concerns.

· Evaluate client requests and translate them into actionable technical solutions with the development team.

· Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.

· Oversee day-to-day office operations, HR coordination, and resource management.

· Support business development with technical inputs during client interactions and pitches.
