Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales and Marketing Manager located in Jaipur.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and oversee all sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets.
  • Present products to clients and handle negotiations to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track, manage, and analyze sales data to guide decision-making.
  • Create and execute promotional campaigns to support sales and marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the flexible packaging industry
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Experience in Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and Promotional Campaigns
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to analyze sales trends, track performance, and make data-driven decision
  • Capability to lead and work collaboratively in dynamic team environment
