Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a BIS Auditor. The BIS Auditor will be responsible for conducting compliance audits, assessing business processes, evaluating adherence to standards, and preparing detailed reports. Additionally, the role involves advising companies on strategies to meet BIS standards and collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience with auditing processes, compliance review, and ensuring adherence to BIS standards
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry best practices
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills for evaluating processes and identifying improvements
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills for preparing audit summaries and providing guidance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a relevant field
  • Prior experience in consulting or working with MSMEs is a strong advantage
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team and independently
