As a Business Development Associate at Tradeviser OPC Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and expanding our market presence. Your proficiency in English and Hindi and any additional languages, both spoken and written, will be essential in communicating with our diverse client base. Your knowledge and experience in sales, sales management, and sales strategy will be key in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and maximising revenue streams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively fetch and generate new leads for our business through targeted outreach, networking, and market research. Focus on converting these leads into loyal clients and converting live website visitors into qualified leads through chat support and sales pitching.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive overall business development.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Sales Support: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to support the sales cycle and close deals effectively.
- Leveraging Technology: Utilize ChatGPT and other technologies to enhance customer engagement, provide real-time chat support, and drive sales conversions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to coordinate campaigns and promotional activities that generate business.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and keep our strategy ahead of the curve.
