What you will be doing:

● Lead the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring all

deliverables are met on time and within budget.

● Develop and manage project plans, including scoping, timelines, and deliverables

● Coordinate resources (personnel, equipment, documentation) and align them with

project requirements, including onboarding and offboarding of contractual project team

members

● Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and provide timely updates to

stakeholders

● Facilitate project stakeholder meetings, including setting clear agendas and

documenting decisions and action items

● Identify potential risks and roadblocks and work collaboratively across the project team

and appropriate stakeholders for mitigation

● Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and project

stakeholders to foster a collaborative and productive team environment

● Assist operations manager in budget allocation and monitoring project-related costs

What you will need to know/have:

● Postsecondary degree, BA or BS preferred

● 1-3 years of experience in a project-related role, preferably in educational technology

● Working understanding of project planning, scheduling, execution and closure

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships

● Proven experience in identifying and resolving issues, analyzing data, and making

informed decisions

● Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail

● Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

● Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team

● Proficiency in Asana, Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.

● K-12 educational experience a plus

● CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) preferred
