We're looking for a Video Editor (Product Content) with 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS to own the end-to-end editing of Superleap product videos—YouTube product explainers, promotional launches, product demos, and user training modules. You'll turn complex CRM workflows into crisp, high-retention stories that drive understanding, activation, and adoption.

This role is hands-on: you'll collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Founders to storyboard, screen-record, edit, add motion graphics, and deliver export-ready assets for YouTube, website, in-app help, and social.

What you will do:

  • Edit product videos end-to-end: explainers, feature walkthroughs, release highlights, onboarding & training series.
  • Own the craft: pacing, cuts, transitions, SFX, screen-capture cleanliness, lower-thirds, supers, captions, and audio mix.
  • Motion graphics & UI animation: tasteful AE work (callouts, cursor paths, overlays, micro-interactions) to clarify product value.
  • Screen captures that shine: produce sharp, legible UI recordings (clean profiles, data masking where needed).
  • YouTube-ready outputs: versions for long-form (5–10 min), mid-form (2–4 min), and shorts (30–60 sec); compelling thumbnails and end-cards in collaboration with design.
  • Content ops: maintain project files, templates, LUTs, caption files, and a reusable motion/asset library for speed.
  • Quality bar: uphold brand guidelines across typography, color, iconography, and on-screen copy; ensure accessibility (captions & contrast).

What you bring:

  • 1–3 years of professional editing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS/product content.
  • Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (FCPX is a plus).
  • Proven motion graphics ability (callouts, UI highlights, animated annotations).
  • Sound basics: audio leveling, noise cleanup, EQ/comp, tasteful SFX; color correction & light grading.
  • Story sense: ability to compress complex workflows into clear, engaging narratives with clean pacing.
  • Platform fluency: deliverables for YouTube (16:9), Shorts/Reels (9:16), and 1:1 when needed; export settings best practices.
