Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop
    Finite Element models

for both linear and nonlinear structural analysis at component and assembly levels.
- Select and validate
suitable structural materials

to meet strength, weight, performance, and safety requirements.
- Design and implement
experimental test procedures

and develop instrumentation for model validation.
- Lead
aeroelastic and fatigue simulations

to ensure structural stability under dynamic loads.
- Translate analysis and test outcomes into
actionable design recommendations

and risk mitigation strategies.
- Plan and oversee
flight test instrumentation, analysis tools, and data collection

for loads, vibration, and flutter studies.
- Conduct and document
flight test data analysis

for aeroelastic and fatigue validation.
- Prepare and review
technical reports

summarizing analysis and test results for project stakeholders.

Must Have Skills

  • Minimum
    5 years' experience

in the design of primary aircraft structural components (metallic & composites).
- Strong background in
aeroelastic and fatigue considerations

.
- Expertise in
static and dynamic structural analysis

(modal, transient, and random vibration).
- Hands-on experience in
composite material selection, design, and manufacturing

.
- Proficiency in
Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

with advanced-level application.
- Sound knowledge of
aeroelasticity modeling and simulation techniques

.
- Proficiency in
CAD tools

such as CATIA,
SolidWorks.
- Awareness of
airworthiness certification requirements

based on structural analysis and testing.
- Strong
organizational and time management skills

.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- In-depth understanding of
composite sizing criteria

for aerospace structures.
