Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships, coordinating with hiring managers, sourcing potential candidates, and leading employer branding initiatives to create a smooth and engaging experience.
Responsibilities :
· Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
· Determine selection criteria and assess candidate information
· Source potential candidates through online channels
· Engage with companies and onboard them onto our paid plans
· Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
· Assess candidate information
· Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
· Lead employer branding initiatives
· Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
· Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Qualifications:
· Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, IT Recruiter or similar role
· Familiarity with job portals, resume databases and professional networks
· Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200, ₹350,000.00 per year
