A Senior Marketing and Sales Manager develops integrated marketing strategies, leads sales teams to achieve revenue goals, manages budgets, analyzes market trends, collaborates with other departments, and mentors staff, all while ensuring brand consistency and customer satisfaction to drive business growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include market research, campaign execution, performance analysis, and cultivating client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing and sales strategies and campaigns to align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, motivate, and mentor marketing and sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring goal attainment.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets, ensuring initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing content and sales initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of efforts and a unified approach to business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads generated, customer acquisition cost, and sales revenue, using data to make informed adjustments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key existing and potential customers to understand their needs and drive loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Significant experience (often 3+ years) in marketing and sales, with prior management experience being a significant asset.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing and sales plans.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of marketing technology, data analytics tools, CRM systems, and reporting software.

Job Type: Full-time
