With over 20 years of expertise, we are now expanding our in-house marketing capabilities to strengthen our brand presence and accelerate growth.

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will manage the end-to-end execution of our marketing strategy. This is a full-time onsite position, Monday to Friday (Night Shift), working closely with leadership and the sales team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with digital tools, creative in approach, and capable of delivering measurable outcomes across lead generation, branding, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

CRM and Marketing Automation

  • Manage HubSpot CRM including workflows, automation, campaign reporting, and dashboards.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and nurture campaigns.
  • Maintain CRM data quality and integrate with sales operations.

Digital Advertising (Google Ads and Paid Media)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  • Manage ad spend budgets, track ROI, and adjust strategies for better conversions.
  • Run retargeting campaigns to improve lead nurturing.

SEO and Organic Growth

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Build backlink campaigns and track ranking improvements.

Website and Technical Updates

  • Update and optimize the company website.
  • Ensure SEO-friendly changes and monitor website analytics.
  • Coordinate with developers for advanced updates when required.

Email and Messaging Campaigns

  • Manage domain warm-up and email outreach campaigns.
  • Build and track segmented campaigns for prospects and clients.
  • Support text and SMS campaigns when necessary.

LinkedIn and Social Media Marketing

  • Manage the company LinkedIn page and executive branding.
  • Create content calendars and drive engagement through posts and outreach.
  • Run sponsored LinkedIn campaigns for targeted lead generation.

Content and Brand Marketing

  • Create marketing collateral such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and sales decks.
  • Work with designers for graphics, infographics, and visuals.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track KPIs across all campaigns including leads, traffic, and engagement.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Use analytics tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards, and LinkedIn analytics.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1 year of minimum experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or IT services.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with website management (WordPress or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and analytical ability.

Ability to manage own commute and work onsite Monday to Friday (Night Shift) 05:30 PM - 02:30 AM, with strong accountability for results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹70,000.00 per month
