We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing & Ads Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, paid ads, and analytics to drive measurable growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, PPC, and retargeting campaigns for lead generation.
  • Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create, track, and report on campaign performance KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversions).
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing & paid advertising.
  • Proven track record in running Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio).
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, automation tools, CRM integrations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / HubSpot.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
  • Knowledge of B2B/B2C lead generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, SEMrush).
