  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr
  • Sales Consultant to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients seeking personalized hair loss treatment solutions
  • The role requires a highly consultative approach, offering tailored recommendations based on individual factors such as facial features, age, profession, personality, and client expectations
  • This position offers the opportunity to work closely with high-value clients while directly contributing to studio-level revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition, along with upselling and cross-selling of services and treatment plans Generate business opportunities beyond central marketing leads through business development initiatives, MOUs, BTL activities, partnerships, and outstation events
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for onboarded clients, ensuring a seamless end-to-end client experience Set and track daily consultation and revenue targets, reviewing performance against goals
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets by maximizing all available revenue levers
  • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve shared business objectives

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree (mandatory)
  • 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in consultative or solution-based selling
  • Proven experience in one-on-one, face-to-face sales with high-net-worth clients
  • Strong focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Customer-centric, consultative selling approach
