Employment Type: Part-time (5–10 days per month)

Role Overview:

  • Be the face of our brand on social media.
  • Create and present engaging, on-camera content (reels, stories, tutorials, live sessions, etc.).
  • Bring brand stories to life with creativity and relatability.
  • Collaborate with our in-house team for content planning and execution.
  • Act as a brand storyteller, connecting with millions of potential customers through authentic and impactful videos.

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Work with the in-house creative, marketing, and video production teams to develop a monthly content calendar.
  • Brainstorm new content formats (reels, tutorials, cooking tips, live demos) aligned with product launches and campaigns.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand's identity and resonates with the target audience.

On-Camera Presentation

  • Act as the face of the brand on all social media channels.
  • Present cookware demos, recipes, and lifestyle content in a relatable, engaging manner.
  • Participate in product launches, festive campaigns, and live interactions.

Brand Communication & Engagement

  • Maintain a consistent voice and messaging across platforms.
  • Interact with the audience through comments, Q&A, and live sessions, in line with brand guidelines.
  • Build stronger emotional connections between the brand and its community.

Collaboration with In-House Team

  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters for content production.
  • Work with the marketing team to align social content with broader campaigns.
  • Share feedback and insights with the team to improve storytelling and execution.

Creative Brainstorming

  • Actively contribute to ideation sessions with the in-house and influencer teams.
  • Propose innovative ways to showcase cookware features through trending formats.
  • Keep track of industry trends and apply them creatively to brand content.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track social media metrics, content performance, and audience insights.
  • Provide reports and suggestions to the management/in-house team for content optimization.

Work Schedule

  • Active participation required 5–10 days per month, based on campaign and content needs.
  • Flexible timings depending on shoot schedules, campaign launches, and live sessions.
