Job Title: IT Support Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Executive with hands-on experience in both hardware and software support, proficiency in Shopify, Google Workspace (Gmail Suite), Meta Access, and the ability to perform software configuration and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, provide timely technical assistance, and support our internal teams with system setup, maintenance, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide first-level and second-level IT support for hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
Diagnose and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, routers, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
Manage ticketing system, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Software & Platform Support
Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Shopify admin, apps, integrations, and third-party tools.
Support and administer Google Workspace (Gmail Suite), including user account creation, email configuration, permissions, and security settings.
Handle access and configuration for Meta Business Manager / Meta Access (if related to ads or roles).
Perform software installations, updates, configurations, and license management.
System Administration
Set up new user accounts, devices, and access permissions.
Manage security protocols, backups, and system health checks.
Maintain IT inventory including hardware, accessories, and software licenses.
Monitor and ensure adherence to IT policies and best practices.
Networking & Infrastructure
Assist with basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls).
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, procurement, and service support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an IT Support Executive, IT Technician, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software configuration, and operating systems (Windows/Mac).
Hands-on experience with Shopify (store backend, apps, integrations).
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail Suite) administration.
Experience with Meta Access / Meta Business Manager (optional but preferred).
Understanding of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Ability to handle multiple support requests and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or equivalent (optional).
Experience working in an e-commerce environment.
Knowledge of IT security best practices.

Salary
₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
