Role Overview

The Oracle Fusion Support Analyst provides L1/L2 production support across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance and SCM modules. The role focuses on triaging incidents, investigating issues using diagnostics and SQL, executing data loads via FBDI/ADFDI, and monitoring integrations and ESS jobs. The analyst builds and supports reports in BI Publisher/OTBI and collaborates with global stakeholders to resolve issues within SLAs. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and readiness to work night shifts (8 PM – 6 AM IST) to cover US time zones.

Required Qualifications

  • 7–8 years supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and SCM (PO, INV, OM, Costing)
  • Proven L1/L2 support experience (incident, service request, problem/change)
  • Hands-on with FBDI and ADFDI data loads
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience (adapters, monitoring, error handling)
  • API experience: REST/SOAP for Fusion
  • Reporting: BI Publisher, OTBI; exposure to SmartView and Financial Reporting Studio
  • SQL Developer for queries and analysis; exposure to ODI
  • Monitoring: ESS jobs, ADF diagnostics; exposure to OCI Console
  • Ticketing tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, Halo
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Willingness to work night shift (8 PM – 6 AM IST) and collaborate with global teams
  • Exposure to MuleSoft/Boomi integrations (good-to-have)

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance and SCM modules, adhering to SLAs
  • Triage, diagnose, and resolve incidents and service requests; perform root-cause analysis and preventive actions
  • Execute and troubleshoot data loads using FBDI/ADFDI; perform controlled data corrections with SQL where permitted
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in OIC; work with REST/SOAP APIs and external iPaaS (MuleSoft/Boomi) as needed
  • Develop/modify BI Publisher reports and OTBI analyses; support SmartView and Financial Reporting Studio outputs
  • Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot ESS jobs; leverage ADF diagnostics for issue analysis
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support (SRs) and cross-functional teams; maintain documentation in Confluence/SharePoint
  • Support month-end/quarter-end close activities for Finance and key SCM operations
  • Manage tickets in ServiceNow/JIRA/Halo; ensure accurate updates, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
  • Work night shifts to cover US time zones; ensure effective handoffs and collaboration across regions
