Position - L2 Network Engineer – Routing & Switching

Location - BKC

Experience - 5+ years

Shift - Rotational (Including Night Shift)

6 days working 1 rotational week off

Salary - 8 to 9 LPA

Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, electronics, Science IT

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide Level 2 support for routing and switching-related incidents and service requests.

* Monitor and maintain network performance across LAN/WAN environments.

* Troubleshoot hardware/software issues in routers, switches, and firewalls.

* Escalate complex issues to the L3 team with proper diagnosis and documentation.

* Perform routine configuration backups and firmware upgrades.

* Implement standard network changes under L3 guidance.

* Maintain accurate documentation of network assets, changes, and incident resolutions.

* Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for link issues or equipment replacements.

Skills Required:

* Solid understanding of Routing Protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP (basic knowledge)

* Good knowledge of Switching Technologies: VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP

* Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba devices

* Experience in troubleshooting LAN/WAN/MPLS/VPNs

* Familiarity with tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark

* Ability to read network diagrams and follow SOPs

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Good communication and documentation abilities

* Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational environment

* Team player with a learning mindset

Certifications preferred: CCNA / CCNP (R&S)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800, ₹900,000.00 per year
