Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks. - Install and configure new hardware, software, and network devices to optimize performance. - Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of computer systems and networks. - Provide technical support to users, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance. - Document technical procedures, solutions, and knowledge for future reference and collaboration. Qualifications Required: years of experience in network engineering or a related field. - Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts, including firewalls and Active Directory. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues. - Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems and determine root causes. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues and clients.
