Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support
    core Facets applications
    within the
    Claims and EDI domain
    .
  • Perform
    Facets development and customization (TriZetto)
    including Claims processing logic, integration, and configuration.
  • Develop and maintain
    .NET Full Stack applications
    using
    C#, ASP.NET, Angular, and REST APIs
    .
  • Work with
    SQL Databases
    , including writing complex stored procedures, queries, and performance tuning.
  • Implement and maintain
    microservices
    using modern frameworks and
    CI/CD pipelines
    (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Collaborate with
    Product Management, QA, Operations, and Platform teams
    to deliver scalable and reusable solutions.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet
    security, performance, and quality standards
    .
  • Participate in
    Agile ceremonies
    , contribute to user stories, and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
  • Support and resolve
    production issues
    , perform
    root cause analysis
    , and drive corrective actions.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, promoting
    best engineering practices
    and
    automation initiatives
    .

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Overall IT Experience:
    8+ years
  • Facets Development Experience:
    Minimum 3 years (
    Claims and EDI focus
    )
  • .NET / C# Development:
    4+ years of hands-on coding and testing experience
  • SQL / Database Skills:
    Strong in queries, stored procedures, and optimization
  • Frontend Skills:
    Angular (or similar frameworks)
  • Cloud & DevOps:
    Experience with
    Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka
    , and
    CI/CD pipelines
  • Agile Methodology:
    2+ years of
    Agile/Scrum project experience
  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving skills
    with the ability to work independently or in a global team setup
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    and ability to articulate technical solutions clearly
  • Prior experience in the
    Healthcare / Payer domain
    with exposure to the
    TriZetto Facets platform
    is
    mandatory
