  • Manage day-to-day operations of company vehicles for transportation and deliveries.
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor vehicle schedules to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
  • Track fleet movement using GPS and ensure adherence to routes and timelines.
  • Coordinate with drivers for trip planning, fuel management, and route optimization.
  • Maintain and update vehicle documents (RC, insurance, permits, fitness, PUC, etc.).
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance, repairs, and breakdown handling to reduce downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with logistics regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain records of trip sheets, mileage, fuel consumption, and trip expenses.
  • Liaise with vendors, service centers, and insurance providers for fleet support.
  • Generate fleet performance and cost reports for management review.
